Absolutely terrible customer service . My husband surprised me with a anniversary ring unfortunately it was too big so we returned to shop 2 hours later to see if we could have an exchange but the answer was no .I have bought things in the past from this shop as visit Luz every year for the past 20 + years & never again shall I buy or tell my friends to buy from this shop . I work in customer service and found this experience disgraceful.

Very nice and helpful people until they take your money. Then if you have an issue a few weeks later customer service is terrible.This is their response to my problem:Good afternoon dear mrs. Danni,I dont refund backyou bought the bracelete in 14/8/2017 today is 23/09/2017 and you tried the bracelet in shop i remember the situation and i dont force you to buy.I give you assistence i take the links off its only i can do and you dont pay for that.The commercial lawer in unio europeia and you have 8 days in case the product has the manufacturing defects and you cant wear.
