Fantastic.We had three courses for two people including a bottle of delicious house Vino Verde for 65.Including fried squid, piri piri prawns (which was amazing), sword fish, poached octopus (which was beautifully tender) and two great deserts.Lovely staff (especially Fernando), they were very nice throughout the meal and booking (via email).First time visitors and it hopefully won't be the last :)
Eine Oase in der gastronomischen Wste von Luz. Wir haben bis jetzt nach einer Woche Aufenthalt noch nirgendwo besser gegessen als hier und wir wurden auch nirgendwo anders so gastfreundlich empfangen und bedient. Hier gibt es noch portugiesische Speisen und das zu akzeptablen Preisen. Man sitzt zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber das Ambiente ist authentisch und gemtlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Restaurant.

Great staff, the manager welcomed us and had a lot of knowledge to describe all the dishes. Made it easy to choose. A small and cozy restaurant, I recommend to make reservations if you are a group. Drawbacks were that the food took a long time to arrive, also the swordfish was tasty (first time for me eating swordfish) but a bit dry.
Very nice restaurant with good prices. We discovered it after looking for a good fish restaurant in Luz. Absolut recommended! The staff is funny and very friendly. The owner is young and very kind. He also served as other waiters. They offer a lot of choices of different kind of fishes, other kind of meat or something delicious for vegetarians. The location is cool, it is just a few meters from the ocean. Unfortunately you do not have a direct sea view but the food worth it! Enjoy!
